Covid-19.
Please note that We adhere strictly to any Covid-19 Protocols or procedures implemented by Ottawa by-law, The Ontario Government, and the Canadian Government. Please follow our social media's to stay the most up to date on current implemented protocols and procedures.
We are pleased to announce that we are currently able to accept new clients. limits will be placed on larger breeds that require more handling or coat maintenance.
Covid Protocol
We take Covid 19 and it's subsequent protocols very seriously.
The safety of our clients and staff is top priority.
We vigorously sanitize everything including all equipment and floors between each pet client. Masks and physical distancing are mandatory while visiting the salon. We ask that when coming into the salon, you wait in our front porch area for one of our crew to come and greet you.
Being punctual for drop offs and pick ups is a MUST so that we can attend to our sanitizing duties before the next client arrives. Please speak with your stylist for your exact pick up time when dropping your pet off for their spaw day. Or give us a call in advance so we can discuss likely timelines for your pet.
If you are unable to drop off or pick up at your designated times, you will be asked to reschedule or a fee of $1.00 per minute, from 10 minutes after your pick up time, until the time of pick up, will be added to your bill. This is to help insure we are running on time and the clients arriving after you are able to come in on time to a sanitized environment.

Pet Care Policies
Our Policies are always humane, with the best interests of all pets in our care in mind.
Our clients are never treated as a number. You will always know who is grooming your pet, and we will always answer any and all questions or concerns you may have regarding your pets stay at our salon. Our goal is for your pet to have a safe and enjoyable experience while with us. If your pet has special needs, we will cater to them to the absolute best of our abilities. Has your pet had issues at a previous groomer? Don't hesitate to give us a shot, because we like to work with them to help them enjoy the spaw experience.

We are a NO SHAVE of natural or double coat's salon. This includes, but is not limited too, Huskies, Labrador Retrievers, Pomeranian's, German Shepherds, Golden Retrievers, Bernese Mountain dogs, Pug's, as well as double coated doodles (yes, some doodles shed and have an undercoat). There are many health reasons for not shaving a double coat. Please ask one of our professionals for more information. We stand by this policy and will refuse a client if need be. It is always best to come in for a free consultation so our stylists can put together a comprehensive plan for your individual pet.
We are Humanity before Vanity, meaning, severely matted pets will be shaved. It is extremely painful to de-matt. We do not believe in shaving down to the skin unless necessary for the health and safety of the pet. It is best policy to get a steady Schedule set up so we can leave length and not put as much stress on the pet or their skin.
