Service Description
Please be advised that Cat grooming can be booked with Lindsay from Tuesday-Saturday, and with Giselle On Tuesday afternoons and weekends Any other day/ time/ stylist requests will be slatted to the nearest availability or denied. Matting will need to be removed. If there is matting, it will be shaved out or brushed if manageable. There will be an extra fee for matt removal. Leaving matting on a pet is not an option as it is our responsibility to relieve pets from the stress and skin issues that arise from matting. All Feline grooming is based on the pets temperament. Pucci Parlour reserves the right to end the grooming process or leave out an element such as the bath and blow dry if the pet becomes overly unimpressed or is endangering itself or staff via its behavior or stress level.
Cancellation Policy
To Cancel or reschedule, Please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. No shows and very late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the groom price.
